From an old broken up German Electric Hohner Organ, I deconstructed it saving it from entropy and converting it into a metaphorical church organ by rearranging its pieces in a wall. The new organ appears also to be a TOTEM, a monument tied up to a principle of origin or race, although in this case it is about the remembrance of an instrument whose foundation is to be found in the third century of the first milenia, and whose structure has constantly changed through centuries.

REQUIEM HOHNER is also the simulacrum of the burial of a useless object, where the deconstructed inert body serves as its own altar and as its own receptacle, the wooden box that contained the organ is now its sarcophagus.

A partir de la compra de un órgano eléctrico Alemán Hohner que ya no servía, realizo una deconstrucción del instrumento, salvándolo de la entropía y convirtiéndolo en otro órgano, pero esta vez de iglesia, al reordenar sus piezas en una pared. El nuevo órgano parece también un TOTEM, monumento ligado al principio u origen de una raza, pero en este caso ligado a un instrumento cuyos orígenes se encuentran en el tercer siglo del primer milenio (y luego en la edad media), y cuya estructura y funcionalidad se ha ido transformando a través de los siglos.

REQUIEM HOHNER es también el simulacro del entierro de un objeto ahora inútil, en donde el cuerpo inerte deconstruido sirve como su propio altar y como su propio receptáculo (la caja del lado derecho que antes lo contenía es ahora su sarcófago).
