2010 – Shopwear Rose Gallery LA California USA. Commission for the exhibition SHOPWEAR at the Rose Soshana Gallery in LA California USA. German Artist Manfred Mueller created paper aprons (Mandil in Mexican Spanish) and invited Mexican and American artist to do works on them.
Manuel Rocha Iturbide´s Apron is based on a comment about electro domestic activities, vacuum cleaning, cooking, etc, etc. It’s about the sounds of all those machines that at the end become the digestive organism of the Apron.

El Artista Alemán Manfred Mueller creó en el taller de papel de Toledo en Etla, Mandiles de cartón e invitó a artistas mexicanos y estadounidenses a intervenirlos.
El Mandil de Manuel Rocha Iturbide está basado en un comentario acerca de las actividades electro domésticas, aspirar, cocinar, etc, etc. Son sonidos de todas las máquinas que al final se convierten en el sistema digestivo del Mandil.It’s about the sounds of all those machines that at the end become the digestive organism of the Apron.
